Commitment to Service Foundation, Inc. (CTS), a 501c3 non-profit, was created to improve the overall quality of life of the residents here in Washington, DC through charitable programs and services that address mentoring, financial literacy, health, the less fortunate, STEM, education, scholarship and social action projects and initiatives.
